A fundraising event for: Connecticut Burns Care Foundation and the Arthur C. Luf Children’s Burn Camp

Seeking Sponsorships and Vendors!

At this event we’re expecting a mix of supporters who are passionate about healthcare, children’s welfare, and community outreach. These individuals could also include philanthropists, community leaders, first responders, burn survivors and their families, as well as individuals passionate about supporting burn survivors and their recovery journey.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES AVAILABLE:

$750:

  • Brand activation designed and built by ‘From Sun to Moon’
  • Logo displayed throughout the event
  • Featured close-ups of business in professional recap video with logo at end
  • Logo prominently displayed on all event promotional materials as well as an 8 x 8 banner at the event for photos and social media tagging
  • Promotional materials in 50 gift bags given to first 50 attendees

  • Logo displayed throughout the event

In Kind

If you choose to provide goods or services instead of monetary contributions, we can provide:

  • Logo on 8 x 8 step and repeat banner for pictures to be taken and social media tags
  • Marketing materials in 50 gift bags
  • Content shots to be put in professional recap video

 

VENDORS:

  • Booth Cost: $80 – 10×10 area outdoors — Booth fees will be donated to the Arthur C. Luf Children’s Burn Camp!
  • Set up: Day of Event between 9am – 2pm
  • Raffle Prize: Donation of Item/Basket of Choice
  • Gift Bags: 50 (or as many as you can – do not worry if it can’t be 50) items for gift bags to give back to the community. Can be marketing materials (i.e. business cards, pamphlets, stickers, etc.) or small items from your business
